POLICIES & FEES

  • We completely understand things come up and sometimes we inevitably run behind schedule, it happens to the best of us. If you find yourself running late for your appointment please reach out and let us know. You have 10 minutes after your scheduled time to show. If you do not make it in time then we will need to cancel your service and there will be a 50% service charge and a required $20 non-refundable deposit to reschedule. If you fail to communicate with us and the 10 minute leeway has passed then please read our "No Call No Show" Policy. Any clients who fail to supply required fees and deposits unfortunately will be unable to book any future appointments.

  • If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment feel free to message us. We understand things come up unexpectedly, however to respect our time as well as our clients we REQUIRE all rescheduling to be done 24 hours in advance. If you contact us to reschedule your appointment with LESS THAN 24 hour notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% service charge (50% of the cost of your scheduled service) and we will REQUIRE a $20 non-refundable deposit to rebook and reschedule. Any clients who fail to supply required fees and deposits unfortunately will be unable to book any future appointments.

  • You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment with LESS THAN 24 hour notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% service charge (50% of the cost of your scheduled service) and we will REQUIRE a $20 non-refundable deposit to rebook and reschedule. You can reach us at any time to cancel your appointment through our various contact methods supplied. If you fail to cancel your appointment prior and/or reach out to cancel after your scheduled appointment has already begun. Please read "No Call No Show" policy. Only when fees and deposits are successfully received will we reschedule your appointment. Any clients who fail to supply required fees and deposits unfortunately will be unable to book any future appointments.

  • Any "no call no shows" will be charged a 100% service fee (100% of the cost of your scheduled service) and flagged as "no call no show”, more than TWO no call no shows results in no longer being able to make appointments with us. We understand things happen beyond our control and services do not take priority over family emergencies, etc. However, our time as well as yours is very valuable and we want to produce the best work for our clients and better serve clients on our waitlist. Having someone not reach out to us letting us know they are unable to make their scheduled appointment wastes both our time and our clients. Any clients who fail to supply required fees and deposits unfortunately will be unable to book any future appointments.
